2026 AWARDS SHOW SATURDAY @8PM
Glass Demolition Derby just following the awards. 


We have both The Wyndham Gardens & The Hampton Inn and Suites.
They are very close, less than 50' to walk between the two.
ALL entertainment and vendors/food trucks will be set up at The Wyndham.
If you are looking to party grab a room in the Wyndham. If you're looking for a respite grab a room or a suite at The Hampton....(per FEDERAL LAW) There is NO SMOKING in ANY of the hotel rooms, in either hotel.
If they catch you the hotel will charge you a smoking fee......

Vendors and entertainment will go until 6pm on Sunday.

Guests staying at The Hampton Inn & Suites will have an 11am check out, Sunday April 5th.
Wyndham Garden guests will have until Sunday at 6pm to check out.....
There will not be any hotel staff cleaning or restocking rooms.
If you need fresh towels you can exchange old ones at the front desk.
Other room supplies usally restocked by the cleaning staff will also be available at the front desk, just ask.....
We will have cleaning staff for the common areas who will be picking up trash placed outside your rooms.....
 

Each room will get ONE parking pass - THERE ARE NO EXTRAS
Cars without parking passes on dash will be towed....
Illegally parked cars (that means not in a parking space) will be towed 1st....

VENDORS get ONE parking pass if they have a room, you will only get ONE parking pass. Vendor staff is not included on that pass. Staff can park in the lot to the east.

If a parking pass arrives at the hotel lot and it is full, they will be alowed free parking in the lot east of the hotel.

Due to room & vending reconfiguration previous placement NOT guarenteed.
